Stage one in the planning process will be a visit from the team to conduct a survey for your Milton Keynes home. Planning Permission

Most loft conversions in Milton Keynes these days don’t need planning permission and come under what’s called “permitted developments”. If this is something that you would need to explore, obtaining planning permission is something in which we are highly experienced. We will therefore happily take away the stress and responsibility to ensure your project is fully compliant with any necessary legal requirements.

Adhering to strict construction regulations is one of our utmost priorities for all of our Milton Keynes customers, therefore all plans and building work will be checked and passed by building control. Once your project has been signed off and completed you will receive a certificate which will verify that your loft conversion has been built according to the correct legal specifications.

Should you ever decide to sell, your certificate will be included in the documents handed to the new owner therefore it is recommend you keep this stored in a safe place.
